Funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Loudoun Small Business Development Center (SBDC) helps entrepreneurs start, manage and grow their businesses. We are known as Loudoun County’s “go-to” resource for small business assistance. Our services include no-cost, confidential business start-up and growth counseling and low-cost business seminars. Visit our counseling and seminars pages for more information. Established in 1987, Loudoun SBDC  is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with deep community and economic development partnerships. Led by a volunteer Board of Directors, all confidential counseling is provided by the Center’s dedicated business counseling staff and a committed group of  professional volunteer counselors. By helping our small business clients, the Center aids growth of Loudoun County’s commercial tax base and creates jobs. We are proud of our contribution to Loudoun County’s vibrant small business economy.
The Loudoun SBDC is a member of the Virgnia SBDC Network, a statewide service network funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. Additional Loudoun SBDC funding sources include George Mason University-Mason Enterprise Center, the County of Loudoun, and Town of Leesburg.  Other local funders are listed on our sponsors page.
We are physically located within the Mason Enterprise Center-Leesburg/Loudoun. We provide business counseling to residential and virtual MEC clients in addition to all Loudoun small business owners and residents.
